One of the main features for the AiiA Educational Platform is to reward those users based on meritocracy and for that we are given AIIAX tokens to those that completes each module as follow:

Phase 1: Beta Users

The first 500 users will be entitled to receive tokens as per below:

DIVIDENDS

All the AIIAX token holders registered within our platform will be entitlted to receive annual dividends which will be around 10 to 25% of the total profit from the AIIA Educational Platform.

The following rules will be applied:

• The total dividend amount each investor will receive will be based on the total amount of AIIAX tokens in your wallet.

For example: If you have 1000 AIIAX tokens and the dividends to

be paid is $ 1,00 per token, the holder will receive $ 1,000.00.

• The dividends will be paid to all holders that have AIIAX tokens on Dec 31st every year, but only holders that have bought or had AIIAX tokens on Nov 30th will be considered. In case you bought tokens from Dec 1st to Dec 31st, you will be entitled only for the next year dividends.

• Only investors that have their wallet properly registered with us will be entitled to receive the dividends.

• Investors must pass the KYC

• The dividends will be paid in AIIAX , BNB, USDT or any other token defined as the best way by the project team.

• Any changes on the above rules, investors will be notified in advance.

PROJECTS TOKENIZATION

All the projects and transactions within the AIIA Educational Platform will use our tokens to ensure demand and value for the investors.
